Protection Plus Enrollment

Overview

This is the instruction for enrolling a client into Protection Plus after they have paid for this service.

Procedure

1. Login to Protection Plus. Username: 529028 Password: Louis
2. In the left hand corner choose Menu.
3. In the left hand column choose Taxpayer Enrollment.
4. Under the Agreement section choose Yes.
5. Under Select Your Enrollment Type choose Enroll & Pay Later.
6. Under Taxpayer Information enter the required fields. (You will need to login to Proconnect to get the taxpayer data)
7. If this is a married taxpayer click Add Additional Taxpayer.
8. Click the orange Submit button in the bottom left corner.
9. Once you see the status confirmation, click "Show More" in the Recent Activity section on the right side.
10. Find the taxpayer's name and under the Status column click the magnifying glass icon.
11. In the top left corner, click Print a Copy.
12. Save the file to the Dropbox Team Folder.
