What is TimeDoctor?

Time Doctor is a time tracking software. Time Doctor will not only track the total time worked by every person, but it will also provide a breakdown of how much time is spent on each project, client, or task. Time Doctor is accurate to the second, so the team is paid based on tracked time.

Time Doctor also monitors the "quality" of your work time. It occasionally takes screenshots of your computer (only when you are clocked in) to ensure there are no distractions while you're clocked in. Remember, our clients and our company for time worked, not time spent.

Growth Group has the right to know what team members are doing when you're clocked in, but has absolutely no right to know what team members are doing during their breaks or after work.

At Growth Group we operate as a results only work environment. We're not concerned with when you're doing your work. If you work best a 2am that's your decision as long as you are able to produce the quality, efficiency, and timelines required.

TimeDoctor Policies

1. TimeDoctor must be used to track time spent on assigned tasks.
2. Team members will only be paid based on time tracked working in TimeDoctor (if there is a technology problem, report it to your supervisor immediately)
3. Failure to use TimeDoctor is grounds for termination for contract/employment.
