This is how you resolve the failed access error in DocuSign.
DocuSign
When the "Failed Access" message is received via e-mail, click the Review And Correct button
Login to DocuSign
Click Manage from the top navigation menu
Click Authentication Failed from the left navigation menu.
Click Correct from the right side of the client's document.
Confirm that the social security number for the client was entered correctly. In the Access Code section.
Click Correct from the bottom right-hand corner.
