Procedure

Part 1: Yearli Payer Information

1. Go to Yearli and login using the following credentials:
   1. Email: admin@growthgroup.com
   2. Password: nG*3SoQ70rj4
2. Click on the icon to the left of Manage Payers and Recipients
3. Click the dropdown menu next to Select Payer and choose the client name (if available)
4. If the client name is not available manually enter the required details for the client, as indicated by the red stars.
5. Once all required information in entered, click the blue Save button near the top right.

Part 2: Yearli Recipient Information

1. After you've selected or entered the payer information, scroll down the page to the recipient area.
2. Click the dropdown menu next to Select Recipient and choose the contractor's name (if available)
3. If the contractor's name is not available manually enter the required details for the client, as indicated by the red stars.
4. Once all required information in entered, click the blue Save button near the top right.
5. Repeat steps 2-4 until all recipients have been entered.

Part 3: Prepare Forms

1. Return to the home page by selection Your Filing Home from the top tabs.
2. Click on the + symbol beneath Start New Forms
3. Click on the grey Data Entry button
4. Click 1099-MISC
5. Select the client from the dropdown menu titled "Select Payer"
6. Select the contractor from the dropdown menu titled "Select Recipient"
7. Input the dollar amount into box 7 titled "Nonemployee compensation"
8. Click the blue Save button.
9. The system will ask you what state the work was performed in, select the Payer's state and then click close.
10. Repeat steps until all contractors have been entered.
11. Tag your supervisor in Asana to let them know you have completed the 1099-MISC and the forms are ready to be reviewed prior to submission.
12. Mark the task as complete in Asana
